2020 ACC Crappie Stix "Owners" Team Entry Directions

ACC Crappie Stix “Owners” Tournament Entry Directions.

To enter tournament on line: 

1.) use the printable entry form, registration, & payment link below to fill out all required information and pay entry fee using the “add to cart icon”. An $8 fee for processing will be added to entry fee for credit card payments.

2.) click on the download entry form icon and print out entry form. Fill out all required information. Under age participants must have a guardian signature and phone number granting them permission to compete.

3.) check in and present entry form at the official registration site (Lake Fork Marina) from 5:00am until 7:00am on Saturday November 14, 2020. (Morning of tournament)

To enter tournament by Mail:

1.) use the print entry form link below to download, print out entry form, and fill out all required information. Under age participants must have a guardian signature and phone number granting them permission to compete.

2.) place entry form and a check made out to: ACC Crappie Stix, Inc. in an envelope with a postage paid stamp.

3.) mail completed entry form and check to: Victory Fishing Events 125 Pinion Lane Rockwall, Texas 75032. 

4.) Mail in entry’s must be Post Marked by: November 6, 2020!

(Post office my be slow and we cannot be responsible for lost or late mail)

5.) Check in at the official registration site (Lake Fork Marina) from 5:00am until 7:00am on Saturday November 14, 2020. (Morning of tournament)

To enter tournament on site the morning of tournament.

1.) For touch less entry-print entry form using the printable entry form icon and download entry form icon. Fill out all required information. Under age participants must have a guardian signature and phone number granting them permission to compete. Entry forms will also be available at registration the morning of tournament at registration site. 

2.) present registration form and cash entry fee to director at registration site (Lake Fork Marina) from 5:00am until 7:00am to complete entry.

All participants must check in at the registration site (Lake Fork Marina) and have their boat available for inspection on November 14, 2020 the morning of the tournament from 5:00am until 7:00am prior to competing!
